Sweet Jesus tastes like it's coming from the faucet.

To whom it may concern I bought 2 cases of arrowhead water, 32 oz.And both cases taste like they came from the faucet bottle straight from the source. Yeah, the faucet, I'm so disappointed.

Complaint

Every bottle we buy at Costco or Ralphs is deformed on the bottom and will not stand up straight, falls over, and leaks.

Cons:
  • Will not use any more after many years

Preferred solution: An explanation as to what has happened and why the bottles are no longer good

Received two foul smelling contaminated water in two separate 35 pack cases

AI Highlights
  • - Arrowhead water from Walmart smelled foul.
  • - More foul bottles were found and sickness occurred; I plan to contact the FDA and lawyers.

I have reached out to Arrowhead on multiple occasions, I usually love there products but about four months ago I bought a 35 pack of Arrowhead water from Walmart with at least one or more foul smelling bottles, so I called the consumer complaint line and was completely blown off and told to take it back to the Walmart that I bought it from for a refund, my concern was that my fiancé and I both drank the stagnant sewage smelling water and was afraid for our health and communitys health as well, since I didnt get anywhere by reaching out, I blew it off as maybe being a fluke thing, well low and behold I have come across more foul smelling Arrowhead water again that I bought just a few days ago and both have gotten sick this time with severe stomach pains and I cannot even seem to get through to their customer service for a response, I am going to be patient for a few more days before I reach out to the FDA as well as my lawyers, I am so glad I saved the sample bottle for testing, hopefully I can help protect the public as well as ourselves, on top of that I did take this bottle to the Walmart that I had bought it from and they were telling me that Arrowhead did not want to take responsibility and just trying to blow it off and pass the blame, so Ill glad that Walmart is on our side as well.

User's recommendation: As far as proof of purchase Walmart can verify by my debit card

AI Highlights
  • - The Ready Refresh site won't accept three credit cards.
  • - Ten delivery attempts to a new address failed; four agents couldn't resolve it.
Updated by user Aug 07, 2022

Ready Fresh said one of their representatives would contact me within 24 hours to resolve my issue. No one ever did.

My wife opened an account under her name and tried to get Arrowhead water delivered yet again, because she thought thrre was something I was doing wrong. My credit is very good. Her credit is GREAT. FLAWLESS.

She tried 3 times and it came back each time " Invalid Credit Card". It became hilarious at this point to me. She was very upset. We gave up.

Reliable future customers rejected & humiliated. My only hope is that Arrowhead Water finally wises up and figures out Ready Fresh was a HORRIBLE idea and probably is the great contributor to their sinking water delivery sales.

They just don't have it together. If they turned us down, I'm sure we're not the only customers with great credit that Ready Fresh totally blew it on.

Hello. I have tried to get Arrowhead Water delivered to my new addtess a total of 10 times now.

The Ready Refresh site won't accept any of my 3 credit cards. I have spoken to 4 customer service agents and can't get the problem resolved. My credit cards are perfectly valid with plenty of available credit. Just for a hoot, we had my wife create a new account and give it a try.

I had my doubts and sure enough, it rejected all of her credit and debit cards too, and her credit score is much higher than mine!! I write you this to let you know there is a problem with your Ready Fresh operation and it is losing you money and valid customers.

I'm sure we're not an isolated case. I would look into this, because our credit is perfectly fine as we own our house and have few bills and we are trying to give your company our hard earned money, but it seems, Resdy Refresh doesnt want our money..
Thank you,
Beyond Frustrated,
Andre Berry
Pros:
  • Great water
Cons:
  • Ready refresh distribution is horrible

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered

User's recommendation: If you try using Ready Refresh and your credit comes, back "invalid" let Arrowhead know that Ready Refresh is losing them business.

I was a customer for several years, then cancelled service in July. It took several emails to customer service to get them to close the account.

Then 4 months after I moved, they started charging me again in December. They delivered water to my old address and charged me $77. I called customer service and was disconnected by them after being on hold for an hour.

No luck with email response either. Absolute disaster!

BPAs in Arrowhead and Sparklettes bottles

AI Highlights
  • - 3and 5-gallon jugs bear the number 7 recycling symbol.
  • - BPA may be toxic and accumulate; FDA approval does not reflect health expert approval.

3&5 gallon jugs have the number 7 on the recycling symbol, the worst for BPAs which are toxic to the body. Our whole society relies on these water bottles at work and at home.

I Called both companies, both stated that the level of BPAs are FDA approved, however, low levels of BPAs accumulate in the body. Just because something is FDA approved doesn't mean it is approved by the health community or experts.

They need to change for consumer safety. See expert news clip regarding this issue in detail at MSN!
